Your Responsibilities
- Consulting & Development: Provide application technology consulting on raw materials and additives for the pasta industry
- Formulation & Ingredients: Develop new recipes, select relevant raw materials, document formulations, interpret test results and derive practical application and process-related recommendations
- Innovation Management: Screen new raw materials, particularly enzymes and colorants for pasta products
- Practical Testing & Analysis: Produce test samples using pilot plants and conduct texture and color measurements
- Industrial Trials & Customer Support: Oversee large-scale production trials at customer sites
- Training & Seminars: Conduct internal and external training sessions
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct quality assurance testing
Your Profile
- Degree in food technology, food engineering, or food science
- Experience in industrial pasta or bakery production, as well as in product development
- Passion for scientific and laboratory work
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer presentations, large-scale trials, and seminars
- Strong customer orientation and intercultural competence
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
