Als 100-prozentige Tochterfirma der norwegischen NFM Group agieren wir in einem internationalen Umfeld. Bei der Entwicklung, Produktion und Vermarktung von Artikeln nutzen wir vorhandene Synergien und kooperieren eng mit der NFM Group, u.a. in Norwegen und Polen.

Zu unseren wichtigsten Kunden zählen wir nationale und internationale Beschaffungsbehörden des Militärs sowie der Polizei.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebs suchen wir einen Bid Manager (m/w/d), der Spaß daran hat, uns auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Ausschreibungsgeschäft zu unterstützen. Neben der Zusammenstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen ist auch die eigenständige Führung parallel laufender Angebotsvorgänge gefordert. Als Schnittstelle agiert der Bid Manager (m/w/d) zwischen verschiedenen internationalen Abteilungen innerhalb der NFM Group und plant sowie koordiniert gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb die entsprechenden Ressourcen für Ausschreibungen.

Aufgaben:

• Ausschreibungsmanagement: Analyse und Bewertung von Ausschreibungen und sonstigen Angebotsanfragen, Abruf von Ausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Bieterportalen, zeitliche Koordination inkl. Verfolgung von Terminen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abgabe
• Ausschreibungsunterlagen: Zusammenstellung und Prüfung aller Unterlagen inkl. Anforderung aller Dokumente bei den internen Fachabteilungen sowie Erstellen von Steckbriefen mit Zeitschiene und technischen Anforderungen
• Planung & Koordination: Ermittlung und Planung der erforderlichen Ressourcen für die Angebotserstellung in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und der Führungsebene
• Kommunikation: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Angebotsmeetings und Beantwortung von nationalen und internationalen Anfragen
• Teamwork: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam sowie der Geschäftsführung
• Prozessoptimierung: Verbesserung der Prozesse und Standards im Ausschreibungs- und Bid-Management sowie Aufbau einer Datenbank für Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Anforderungsprofil:

• Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Ausschreibungsbereich, Backoffice oder Vertrieb und tiefe Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Englischkenntnisse: Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Analytisches Denken: Analytische und strukturierte Denk- und Handlungsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und teamorientierten Umfeld eine Vielzahl an Informationen effizient zu verarbeiten
• Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit sehr gutem Organisations- und Zeitmanagement

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Bid Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys supporting us at various levels in the tendering business. In addition to compiling tender documents, the independent management of parallel bid processes is also required. The Bid Manager (m/f/d) acts as an interface between various international departments within the NFM Group and plans and coordinates the relevant resources for tenders together with the sales department.

Tasks:

• Tender management: analysis and evaluation of tenders and other requests for proposals, retrieval of tenders on various bidder portals, time coordination including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submission
• Tender documents: compiling and checking all documents, including requesting all documents from internal specialist departments and creating fact sheets with timelines and technical requirements
• Planning & coordination: determining and planning the resources required to prepare the tender in coordination with sales, project management and the management level
• Communication: Preparing and conducting quotation meetings and responding to national and international inquiries
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with the sales team and management
• Process optimization: Improvement of processes and standards in tender and bid management and development of a database for tender documents

Requirements profile:

• Education: Successfully completed commercial training, a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Sound professional experience in tendering, back office or sales and in-depth knowledge of MS Office
• Communication skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English language skills: Confident written and spoken English skills
• Analytical thinking: Analytical and structured way of thinking and acting as well as quick comprehension and the ability to process a large amount of information efficiently in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
• Working style: Independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working paired with very good organizational and time management skills
