TDK Sensors AG & Co. KG is part of the Business Group Temperature & Pressure Sensors and specialized itself in the development, production and marketing of temperature and pressure sensors. These Sensors are used in the areas of automotive, medical and household applications.
 
For our department Quality of the Temperature & Pressure Sensors Business Group in Berlin-Zehlendorf we are now hiring a Continous Improvement Manager (w/m/d)

Your area of responsibility

·    Process analysis and continuous optimization of business processes

·    Support in transferring processes during the relocation of production

·    Communication and cooperation with different departments and locations during implementation of processes

·    Authority for process implementation   and optimization

·    Development and implementation of strategies regarding problem solving and process optimization

·    Supporting process owners in defining processes and determining suitable key performance indicators

Your Qualifications

·    Degree in Economics, Engineering or a similar area of studies

·    Experience in an industrial environment, ideally automotive

·    Fluent English skills

·    Flexibility and willingness to travel

·    Pronounced analytical skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking

·    Strong Communication Skills, Assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team

·    Experience around process optimization is of Advantage

·    If possible Experience in Projectmanagement, Lean Ma­nagement, Six-Sigma as well as Kaizen
