Department Lead B2B Outbound (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Department Lead B2B Outbound for a full-time, permanent position based onsite at our logistics center in Ludwigslust.

In this role you will lead a team of 20 to 40 employees at our modern logistics site in Ludwigslust. Your main responsibility is to ensure that all B2B shipments are processed reliably and on time, in line with our service level agreements. Working closely with your team, you’ll focus on meeting customer expectations and ensuring smooth outbound operations.

You’ll maintain strong communication with our Fenix sales companies to guarantee customer satisfaction and take an active role in the site’s management team. By helping to develop and implement efficient, digital, and automated processes, you’ll contribute directly to the ongoing growth and innovation of our modern logistics organization.

ABOUT US

Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust, we supply all Globetrotter stores and e-commerce customers with goods on a daily basis, and we handle global B2B and B2C shipments for the group’s brands. As a dynamic team, we continuously drive the development and automation of our site forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensuring stable and safe day-to-day operations
• Planning staffing levels and managing team capacity
• Monitoring SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
• Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
• Communicating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Recruiting, onboarding and ensuring development of your team members
• Reporting regularly to warehouse management and Fenix brand representatives
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and process guidelines

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a Bachelor Professional of Logistics
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Solid background in wholesale logistics
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Ideally, experience working in an international environment
• Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus
