Your exciting responsibilities:

• Conduct FE simulations, vibration table measurements, and evaluations of airborne and structure-borne sound transmissions in MRI systems
• Derive and develop solutions for improving support structures, coverings, and magnet assemblies
• Technical coordination with internal departments (MR, SMT, and SSMR) as well as external suppliers and partners
• Analyze and optimize existing designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
• Document development, testing, and simulation processes

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field

• Specialization in multi-body dynamics, linear & nonlinear finite element methods, and acoustics

• Structured and solution-oriented working approach

• Strong communication skills

• Independence, team collaboration skills, organizational talent, and conscientiousness

• Basic to advanced tool knowledge in MatLab, Ansys, openCFS, LS-Dyna, NX CAD, NX Nastran, Office

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); advanced German skills are advantageous
