Task and responsibilities:

As an IT Service Manager, you will ensure the implementation of policies for IT services and solutions by defining milestones and resource allocation for the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of IT services and solutions in the assigned area of responsibility:

• Support various IT services to ensure compliance with the principles and guidelines for IT services and solutions
• Support the Implementation of IT Service & Solution Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards
• Support in managing the completion of function-related budget planning and corresponding reporting and resource/capacity management
• Supports IT projects, from Service or Solution Management perspective, and ensures that quality standards and processes are met
• Support in managing the change request process for service or solution enhancements (CRs) and their implementation
• Coordinate and support in the escalation process
• Performs internal SLA Monitoring & Service Controlling and external Provider & KPI Monitoring
• Experienced in intercultural teams

Knowledge:

• You have successfully completed your studies in IT, (business) computer science, business administration or comparable studies
• You bring at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the area of IT and/or Treasury
• Tools: MS Exel, PowerPoint, ITIL, Ariba, agile, SW-development, AWS, ICFR/ITGC/ISO, Jira
• Languages: Englisch business fluent; German written and spoken
