Manufacturing Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Professional leadership of a small team that takes responsibility for the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools for the manufacturing engineering team.
• Value stream mapping / process landscape of the entire production flow.
• Establishment of the planning software DELMIA.
• Building up of the required SAP processes.
• Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM.
• Establishment of a Deutsche Aircraft production system.
• Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process.
• Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team.

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of process Mapping, SIPOC, EPK, ability to Moderate and Challenge Processes.
• Knowledge in Time Management, and MTM, Allowance Times, Performance Rating.
• Good Understanding of SAP production planning, Interface 3DX to SAP, Scheduling in SAP, Interface EWM, SAP PEO System Understanding.
• Good OPEX Understanding, Philosophy vs. Method, Systems Thinking, experience in communicating a lean philosophy.
• A Good Understanding of the Structure of DELMIA, and the Interaction with SAP.
