job description:

• Working in a diverse and international team supported by an agile and open-minded management team
• Developing, qualifying and deploying robust composite materials and associated processes for composite and hybrid airframe applicartions
• Align with internal customers on project scope and related budget needs
• Provide technical and financial progress reports on running projects
• Working in research and development project teams with internal and external stakeholders

personal requirements:

• Good collaboration with different stakeholders (within team and external)
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Purposeful oriented mindset
• Ability to understand and exceed customer’s needs and expectations
• Ability to work in an international environment, potentially in a remote team

education / studies:

• Chemistry (at least technician/business administrator) or
• Engineering (at least technician/business administrator) or
• Materials Science (at least bachelor's degree)

professional experience:

• Engineering (at least 2 years)
• Materials testing (at least 1 year)
• Materials and process design is an advantage

IT:

• Google Workspace

knowledge:

• Project management at least good knowledge

language skills:

• English at least proficient
