Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Quality Customer Programme Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Improving of customer satisfaction as well as ensuring that all quality aspects are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner
• Performing data analysis on customer reports and related KPI
• Identifying trends and anticipating risks through data analysis
• Supporting customer communication on A320 quality topics through the creation of communication packs

Your profile:

• Completed Studies in Supply Chain Quality, Economics or comparable
• Professional experience in customer service, aerospace, quality management and technical documentation
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management and project management
• Experience in using Google Meet
• Experience in developing presentations
• Skywise is an advantage
• Basic proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
