job description:

- Co-lead of a multidisciplinary MFT ( Multi-Functional Team) for an industrial technology development project
- Build the industrial maturation roadmap (MRL maturation) for manufacturing readiness according to applicable business processes in alignment to the R&T technology maturation plan
- Prepare and host organizational and technical workshops aiming to fulfill mentioned MRL/TRL ( Manufacturing Readiness Level / Technology readiness Level) business processes (FMEA, PDR, CDR & FDR reviews, etc)
- Plan, monitor and steer the industrial maturation coupon programme at our partners in Hamburg and Dresden
- Maintain and enhance the integrated planning roadmap across contributing disciplines, sponsors and customers Financial aspect
- Monitor technical progress and budget spending process (internal hours and subcontracting) and manage change proposals from the MFT Project Management
- Organise and animate a Multifunctional Team across the weekly governance meetings Define and monitor tasks and activities Prepare internal reviews and reporting

personal requirements:

- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and to maintain business relationships. A structured way of working to plan appointments on time and to coordinate work processes efficiently.
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work to achieve goals quickly and directly.
- Willingness to travel (up to 8 trips within Germany per year)

education / studies:

- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree or
- Industrial engineering at least Bachelor's degree

professional experience:

- Engineering at least 2 years
- Research and development at least 2 years
- Industrial mechanics at least 2 years
- Manufacturing engineering at least 2 years
- Mechatronics at least 2 years
- Production planning and control at least 2 years

IT:

- Catia V5 at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace

language skills:

- German at least advanced
- English at least business fluent
- French is a plus
