SALES AGENT (M/F/D) FOR SOCIAL MEDIA | DUTCH – ENGLISH | ONSITE – BERLIN
We are looking for motivated employees for our client - a leading name in the social media sector - onsite in Berlin Friedrichshain!
With the following conditions: Start as soon as possible | Full-time | Onsite - Berlin Friedrichshain | Monday - Friday 08:45 AM - 5:15 PM | Support languages: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) | Salary up to 3.737€ gross monthly
What you will do in this role
- contact existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat and email
- identify sales opportunities and provide your business contacts with the best solution for their business goals
- analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers
- carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success
- identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns
- sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use
Your qualifications
- experience in (digital) marketing or customer care / sales (at least one year)
- fluent in Dutch (C1) and have a good command of English (at least B2)
- analytical skills to advise our customers about the best advertising solution possible
- passion for creating unique sales experiences and improving your social media knowledge
- willing to work onsite during our working hours Monday to Friday from 08:45 AM to 5:15 PM (30 minutes break included)
