With over 2,000 software developers in China and a dedicated team in Germany and Canada, we create innovative solutions for OEMs and suppliers. To support our management team, we are looking for a dynamic and reliable assistant who will help shape our daily operations and contribute to the success of the company.

Work Location: currently home office / in the future maybe in Frankfurt

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

1) Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.

2) Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

3) Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.

Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a dynamic sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Revenue Growth:

1) Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

2) Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

3) Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

Client Relationship Management:

1) Establish and maintain long - term cooperative relationships with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers (Tier 1/2/3), and technology partners.

2) Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

3) Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Key Qualifications:

1) Work experience: A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technical sales or business development. Familiarity with the technological trends in the automotive industry (such as electrification, autonomous driving, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).

2) Technical Competence: Good knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies. Or familiar with functional safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.

3) Business Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.

4) Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

5) Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Willing to travel frequently, strong adaptability.
