SALES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (ALL GENDERS)
 
We are looking for a well-organized Sales Operations Assistant (all genders) to support our dynamic B2B Sales Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to drive our sales processes forward through efficient coordination and communication. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in Sales Operations. You will work in an international team at the beautiful MYKITA headquarters in Berlin-Kreuzberg, right on the Spree River.

YOUR JOB

• You will work in close collaboration with internal and external sales teams, as well as with the logistics and operations departments.
• You will be responsible for coordinating sample orders and ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.
• The role also includes overseeing the management of the warehouse and sample stock.
• You will also handle and administer all daily requests related to product samples.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you have previous experience in an administrative or operational role; however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
• It is important, that you are fluent in English, both in written and spoken communication.
• You are proficient in using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Furthermore, you work in a responsible, well-structured, and reliable manner, and you bring a keen attention to detail to all tasks.
