We produce high-quality products for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). German precision and the scientific expertise of industry professionals have enabled us to establish our product portfolio with an international clientele.

To strengthen our team at the Langenfeld site, we are now looking for an International Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the IVF area.

YOUR TASKS

- Acquisition of new customers and development and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Development of sales strategies
- Organization of sales tours, regular visits to IVF laboratories
- Participation and organization of trade fairs and conferences
- Continuous market and competition analysis and sales planning
- Preparation of quotations, order acceptance and processing
- Planning, controlling and monitoring sales activities
- Sales optimization
- Analysis and evaluation of customer needs
- 50-60% travel activity

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

- Several years of experience (5+) in sales, in the IVF sector
- Entrepreneurial approach and analytical skills
- High service orientation as well as an independent, structured and committed way of working
- A high level of communication skills in dealing with customers
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Business fluent in written and spoken English. German is an advantage

IHRE AUFGABEN

- Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Auf- und Ausbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Organisation von Verkaufstouren, regelmäßige Besuche in IVF-Laboren
- Teilnahme und Organisation von Messen und Konferenzen
- Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse und Vertriebsplanung
- Angebotserstellung, Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Optimierung des Vertriebs
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen
- 50-60% Reisetätigkeit

WAS WIR UNS VON IHNEN WÜNSCHEN

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5+) im Vertrieb, im IVF-Bereich
- Unternehmerisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office-Programmen
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Deutsch ist von Vorteil
