Description

• Lead international project team for validation of all computerized systems in Pharmaceutical Development (NCE division)
  • Ensure lean implementation and continuous improvement of CSV&C standards
  • Oversee planning, configuration, installation, and testing of systems in compliance with GxP and safety requirements
  • Manage validation activities for complex international and interdisciplinary applications
  • Develop new solutions and optimize existing applications
  • Collaborate with global teams on lifecycle documentation
  • Create and maintain training concepts and key user programs
  • Organize and deliver training for users of validated systems

Profile

• Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in a scientific or technical discipline OR completed vocational training in a related field, combined with several years of professional experience
  • Extensive experience with validation requirements for computerized systems in regulated environments, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISPE GAMP 5
  • Strong understanding of SOPs and process landscapes relevant to the business area
  • Proven project management skills and leadership experience
  • Solid grasp of development data, data processing requirements, and a business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, with excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary and international settings, and strong presentation capabilities
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
