The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Supply Chain Project Manager for the Procurement Industrial Cabin department, which is accountable for a complex supply chain set-up aimed at delivering on-time andquality parts to Airbus facility to enable further delivery of the aircraft to Airbus Customer.

- Planning, coordination, support and communication of supply chain activities related to the cabin furnishing of serial aircraft to ensure their delivery in line with customer expectations (on time and on quality)
- Understanding and coordination of activities within the cabin supply chain and its interfaces
- Participation to project & lead workstreams
- Ensuring the management of procured items development, industrialization and operational issues
- Setting-up and updating the procurement performance dashboard
- Follow-up on budgets
- Oversight of operational supply management work packages
- Ensuring supply chain competitiveness
- Follow-up and mitigation of procurement risks

personal requirements:

- The ability to quickly identify and analyze relationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels

education / studies:

- Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics

professional experience:

- Production planning and control (at least 1 year)
- Project management (at least 2 years)
- Supply chain/logistics (at least 2 years)
- Stakeholder management (at least 2 years)

IT:

- SAP/MM-PP: At least knowledge of detailed functions
- SAP/R3: At least knowledge of detailed functions
- Google Workspace (especially data analysis with Google Sheets): At least knowledge of detailed functions

knowledge:

- Change management: at least good knowledge
- Risk management: at least basic knowledge

language skills:

- At least fluent in English
- German and French are an advantage
