job description:

- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order

personal requirements:

- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels
- Confident and competent demeanor and a quick grasp of things

education / studies:

- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
- Supply chain / logistics at least Bachelor's degree

professional experience:

- Scheduling / material procurement at least 2 years
- Purchasing at least 2 years
- Logistics at least 2 years
- Supply chain at least 2 years
- Experience in customer service is an advantage

IT:

- SAP at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace

- Project management at least good knowledge
