Supply Quality Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Supply Quality Coordinator (m/f/d) in the field of energy technology at our Erlangen location, with an immediate start. This position is part-time (20 hours per week).

Your responsibilities as a Supply Quality Coordinator (m/f/d) include:

• Continuous improvement of supply quality KPIs through structured reviews and proactive project support
• Coordination of inspections involving cross-functional teams and external partners or third-party inspectors
• Support and further development the Supplier Quality Management System, including implementation and tracking of quality measures
• Implementation of SQM requirements in projects, including preventive actions and supplier qualification
• Contribution to supplier qualification, product and process approvals, and technical supplier development to ensure a reliable, global, and cost-efficient supply base

Your Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, engineering, or manufacturing
• You bring technical expertise in mechanical or electrical products, including their production processes and product-specific standards and codes
• Ideally, you have project management experience, preferably in large-scale plant construction
• You are confident in applying quality methods such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications
• You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills
• You are business fluent in English, both written and spoken
