Goods receipt

• Incoming goods inspection

• Checking for completeness and perfect condition

• Proper storage (incl. labelling)

• Execute related postings in SAP

• Control of planned goods receipts

•Documentation

• Package acceptance and assignment

Shipping of goods

• Picking according to delivery note

• Packing of goods

• Registration of transports

• Execute related postings in SAP

• Organization of further shipments with parcel service providers

• Control of planned goods issues

General activities in the warehouse

• Daily control of the storage conditions and all buildings, silos, tanks, etc. belonging to the warehouse.

• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Ordering and monitoring of consumables

• Inventory monitoring of all raw materials, supplies and supplies as well as finished and semi-finished goods

What you should bring with you:

• Very good knowledge of German (at least level B2/C1)
• You are enrolled as a student

Raw material supply

• Provision of raw materials for production according to the FiFo principle

• Map transfer postings in SAP

•Documentation

• Support of procurement in the monitoring of inventories
