job description:

The jobholder will support the Cabin Retrofit organisation by deploying and executing a portfolio planning approach to ensure that all projects are well staffed as well as supported by the subcontractors with desired performance and quality.

• Develop cross project team planning fundamentals which are shared by all team members
• Support the current teams with the frequent updates of the planning
• Coordinate project planning with available departmental resources
• Establish operationel KPIs with subcontractors
• Run monthly performance sessions with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance
• Support the team with project management skills on various topics

• Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships

• Project Management (at least a Bachelor's degree) or

• Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)

professional experience:

• Engineering (at least 1 year)
• Project management (at least 3 years)
• Process planning (at least 1 year)
• Subcontracting management (at least 2 years)

IT:

• At least basic SAP application knowledge
• Google Workspace

knowledge:

• Experience with project management tools
