Office Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) in Bonn as part of our direct recruitment service.
 
Your tasks:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination and facility management
  • Coordinate internal services (meeting rooms, office supplies, technical equipment)
  • Support travel arrangements and event planning
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all operational matters
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and internal communication

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in office management or comparable qualification
  • Experience in office coordination or administration
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident in using MS Office and common digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
