To strengthen our dynamic team in Bonn, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator (m/w/d). In this role, you will actively engage with industry stakeholders across various communication channels, organize and conduct in-depth research interviews, maintain and update our stakeholder database (CRM), and support the coordination of stakeholder meetings and campaigns that drive innovation and policy development in the renewable energy sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple channels (phone, email, platforms), act as the main point of contact, and build strong, trust-based external relationships.
• Organise and coordinate stakeholder interviews, assist in documenting insights, and collaborate with the Strategic Committee Manager to align outreach with research initiatives.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to accurately track stakeholder engagement and support reporting efforts.
• Provide logistical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth coordination of meetings, expert panels, and events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, coordinating and conducting interviews, ideally in renewable energy or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage, interview, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and familiarity with digital communication tools
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
