job description:

• Report to logistic community and link the teams to quality management in terms of audits, action plans and global process alignment as well as keep a close eye on regulatory and legal aspects
• Lead initiatives and projects with expertise and strong link to process operators and experts
• Validate process changes in context of internal and external requirements
• Support evaluation of process performance and root cause identification
• Identify opportunities for improvement supported by process mapping and other adequate tools
• Define the way of work aligned to external authorities and regulation requirements, company rules, methods and tools within the overall process architecture (interface to process architects)
• Focus on the adherence between different business and company management systems and internal consistency, all in a broader context of applicable architectual conventions to be followed
