Task profile::

- Supply Chain Coordination: Actively manage the material flow, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability
- Order Management: Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delays, and implement recovery plans
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, maintaining close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production teams
- Process Optimization: Drive or participate in improvement projects with suppliers or within the Supply team
- Empowered and Agile Work Environment: Enjoy autonomy in a trust-based setting, managing your area of responsibility within a small, dynamic team
- Impactful Contributions: Take an active role in exciting projects and help shape the future of supply management

Personal skills:

- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work in order to schedule appointments on time, coordinate workflows efficiently, and achieve goals on time

Studies / education:

- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)

Work experience:

- Planning/Material Procurement (at least 2 years)
- Supplier Management (at least 2 years)
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least 2 years)

IT:

- SAP or at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace

Language skills:

- German (at least business fluent)
- English (at least business fluent)
